Overview of the changes and measures I’ve introduced for safety:

• Full COVID policy and risk assessment to ensure the service is COVID secure and meets all regulations.

• Reviewed all previous health, safety and hygiene policies and enhanced these where required to comply with new regulations.

• Sourced and acquired all PPE needed to comply with current regulations.

• Amended appointment times to allow adequate time for cleaning of equipment between clients.

• Offering virtual consultation to triage clients effectively.

• Introduced measures to screen clients for symptoms of COVID 19 and updated payment processes and procedures.
