Full COVID policy and risk assessment to ensure the service is COVID secure and meets all regulations.

Reviewed all previous health, safety and hygiene policies and enhanced these where required to comply with new regulations.

Sourced and acquired all PPE needed to comply with current regulations.

Amended appointment times to allow adequate time for cleaning of equipment between clients.

Offering virtual consultation to triage clients effectively.

Introduced measures to screen clients for symptoms of COVID 19 and updated payment processes and procedures.
